Hotel Americano - Garapan

I almost gave a good review, but the staff's lack of special treatment or an upgrade left me feeling pretty ordinary. Come on, who doesn't love a little pampering?

The location is perfect! I loved the ample space and the fast Wi-Fi for my work needs.

The beach access was fantastic, perfect for our family of five. My teens loved the water sports nearby, and we spent a day at Saipan Country Club, soaking in the fine views and enjoying a round of golf together.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.

The staff were great too ensure my comfort and needs were met. They even prepared my room 7 hours before check-in time, excellent. The breakfast made to order was not only fresh but also filling. I enjoyed the city view from my room.

We stayed in a room with great natural light, thanks to the friendly staff who switched us to a front-facing room. There are nice spots to relax by the pool, and the spa services are a perfect way to unwind. The only drawback was a minor charge for the airport shuttle, but it didn't take away from our enjoyable experience. 😊

It's right in the center, just a short walk from places to see. The staff were super friendly and arranged a free airport pick-up. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious, way better than expected. The wi-fi was excellent for my needs.

We were also actually surprised by the delicious breakfast offered. Despite a minor inconvenience of the TV not working, the excellent Wi-Fi made up for it as we were able to stay connected for work.
